01 Program description
When you opt in, ConsultantTech may send recurring text messages related to the service or inquiry you have with us. These may include customer-care responses, account and service notifications, consultation or appointment confirmations, and alerts from our SmartEco waste-management platform.
02 Consent & how to opt in
You opt in to receive text messages by submitting your mobile number through our website form or another consent method we provide and affirmatively agreeing to receive messages. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. You confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll the number you provide.
03 Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. ConsultantTech does not charge for the messages themselves.
04 Opt-out — cancel anytime
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you receive our messages. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
05 Help
For help, reply HELP to any of our messages, or email contact@consultanttech.tech. Replying HELP returns contact information and a brief description of the program.
06 Carriers & delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier’s network and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change at any time, and carriers are not responsible for messages that are not delivered.
07 Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

08 Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision, and continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
